Questions buyers ask before the first order

If yours is not here, send it. We answer in writing, not with a brochure.

Are you a manufacturer or a trader?

An export company. Production is done by Guizhou Phosphorus Group, and we handle export documents, quality coordination and communication. We say this plainly because it changes who you are actually buying from.

What is your minimum order?

One 20'GP container, about 25–27 tonnes depending on bag size. Mixed grades in one container are possible.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. Samples can ship before you commit, and you can test them in your market.

How long does delivery take?

10–20 days from order confirmation to loading for standard grades, 25–35 days if your own bags need printing. Ocean transit is on top of that.

What documents do I get?

Bill of lading, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the lot COA. Registration files are available on request; see the certifications page for what exists and what is still pending.

Can you produce under my brand?

Yes. Your bag design, your label wording, and a formulation within the plant's capability. See become a distributor.

What payment terms do you accept?

30% T/T with the order and 70% against the bill of lading copy. Other structures are discussed for repeat buyers.

How do I know the product matches the specification?

Every lot is tested and the COA is issued against the lot number. You can also appoint an independent inspector before loading; we hold the container until the report is out.

What if the goods arrive out of specification?

Send the independent report and photographs. We open a claim with the plant and settle against the lot record. The retained sample is kept for six months for exactly this reason.

Do you help with product registration in my country?

We provide the technical file: formulation, test reports, plant documents and label artwork. Approval is decided by your regulator, not by us.

Which markets do you focus on?

Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Middle East and Latin America. If you are outside those, ask anyway — the constraint is usually freight, not production.

Do you sell to end users or only to importers?

Both, at different volumes. Retail packs are possible on request.

Still have a question?

Send it directly. You will get a written answer, usually the same working day.
